Terms and Conditions
- The prize draw is promoted by Keelan Westall, whose registered office is at 4-9 Highview, High Street, Bordon, Hampshire, GU35 OAX, and is subject to the following terms and conditions.
- The competition is open to Account Handlers in UK brokers. It excludes employees of Keelan Westall and their immediate families or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion
- Entry into the prize draw is validated by the number of saved quotes and/or policies bought
- Each saved quote is worth 3 points
- Each policy purchased is worth 5 points
- To win a iPhone 4S, a minimum of 125 points must be accumulated between the competition dates with three on covers
- To win the 16GB iPad, a minimum of 75 points must be accumulated between the competition dates with two on covers
- To win a iPod touch, a minimum of 50 points must be accumulated between the competition dates with one on cover
- The competition is open from the 15th February to the 30th March inclusive
- All brokers that meet the respective qualifying criteria above will be entered into a prize draw to win the prizes
- The prize draws will be conducted independently by our marketing department within 10 days of the end of the competition (30th March). Prizes will be dispatched no later than 20 April
- The prize is non-negotiable and cannot be substituted for any other prize or cash value
- Keelan Westall reserves the right to cancel or modify this competition at anytime at its sole discretion
- Keelan Westall reserves the right to refuse any entry
- By entering the prize draw, participants agree to: a) the terms and conditions of the prize draw and b) being contacted by Keelan Westall for marketing purposes
- Losing entries will not receive any notification
- Details of the winners are available on request
- The facility is available to brokers with a signed Terms of Business Agreement (TOBA) with Keelan Westall so you need to apply for an agency.
