Ben Wright, ACII, Head of Business. Ben is responsible for the direction and overall management of Keelan Westall. This includes ensuring the KW team receives the support required from colleagues within Barbon to deliver the best possible products and service to its brokers. Ben is a Chartered Insurance Broker with 14 years experience in the Property Insurance sector including management roles within RSA (Royal & Sun Alliance) and leading Barbon's direct retail Commercial Property brokerage, Cadogan Keelan Westall.
Lisa Feaver, Head of Broker Services Lisa joined Keelan Westall 7 years ago as a Senior Account Executive and progressed through the ranks to Team Leader and then to Head of Broker Services. Previous experience has been within personal lines and commercial insurance. Lisa is responsible for guiding and supporting her team to increase new business levels and improve renewal retention as well as maintaining excellent customer relationships. Lisa and her team aim to provide market leading service levels supported by integrity, efficiency and a 'right first time' culture. They have a true team ethic where all their knowledge and resources are pooled to maximise opportunities |
