Wayne Tonge, Head of Business

Wayne is Head of Business and accountable for the strategy and leadership of the dynamic team of field Business Development Managers and in-house underwriters at Keelan Westall.

Wayne joins us with a wealth of experience and qualifications in the financial services and insurance industries. Boasting over 17 years experience including various Management and Director positions, Wayne will look to enhance and develop our market position and further business opportunities.

Lisa Feaver

Lisa Feaver, Head of Broker Services

Lisa joined Keelan Westall in 2001 as a Senior Account Executive and progressed through the ranks to Team Leader and then to Head of Broker Services. Previous experience has been within personal lines and commercial insurance.

Lisa is responsible for guiding and supporting her team to increase new business levels and improve renewal retention as well as maintaining excellent customer relationships. Lisa and her team aim to provide market leading service levels supported by integrity, efficiency and a 'right first time' culture. They have a true team ethic where all their knowledge and resources are pooled to maximise opportunities.

 

Lisa Feaver

Lisa Feaver, Head of Broker Services

Lisa joined Keelan Westall in 2001 as a Senior Account Executive and progressed through the ranks to Team Leader and then to Head of Broker Services. Previous experience has been within personal lines and commercial insurance.

Amy Flintham, Project Manager

Amy joined Keelan Westall over 9 years ago as an Assistant Account Executive within the household team, which we have since sold. This was her first experience in Insurance and has progressed through the company working in various positions from Account Manager, where her responsibilities were to build relationships with Brokers, to Team Manager, where she managed a team of 13 people.

Amy is now a Project Manager and is currently overseeing a number of different projects across our Bordon office, which will improve our offering now and in the foreseeable future.

Amy joined Keelan Westall over 9 years ago as an Assistant Account Executive within the household team, which we have since sold. Rachel Spayne, Existing Business Team Manager

Rachel joined the company in January 2006 as an Assistant Account Executive in the New Business team; excelling in customer service and account management she was responsible for looking after the needs of the Prestige Brokers,  who now form part of the Prestige Broker Club.

Following a restructure in the company and upon completion of various industry relevant Insurance training courses she was promoted to Existing Business Team Manager in November 2007.

Rachel is now responsible for the personal development and training requirements of a dynamic team of 24 people; alongside her daily management duties which include strategic planning, forecasting and ensuring a smooth and compliant customer service.

Rachel Spayne, Existing Business Team Manager

Rachel joined the company in January 2006 as an Assistant Account Executive in the New Business team; excelling in customer service and account management she was responsible for looking after the needs of the Prestige Brokers,  who now form part of the Prestige Broker Club.

Chris Mead, Existing Business Assistant Team Manager

Chris joined Keelan Westall in 2002 as an Administration Assistant and has progressed to Existing Business Assistant Team Manager.

Chris is responsible for providing support to the Existing Business Team Manager and the Existing Business Team; focusing on assisting them with all aspects of their work and furthering their own personal development.

Chris is also accountable for new and existing account consolidations.

 

Chris Mead, Existing Business Assistant Team Manager

Chris joined Keelan Westall in 2002 as an Administration Assistant and has progressed to Existing Business Assistant Team Manager.

Chris is responsible for providing support to the Existing Business Team Manager and the Existing Business Team; focusing on assisting them with all aspects of their work and furthering their own personal development.

Chris is also accountable for new and existing account consolidations.

Paul Manners

 

Paul Manners, Account Manager

Paul joined the company in November 1999 as a Business Developer working in the wholesale side of  the company and steadily progressed through the ranks within the New Business team to an Account Manager. Paul’s key accountabilities are maintaining existing broker relationships, ensuring all accounts run smoothly and being a technical reference point in house for new and existing business. Paul also assists the marketing department with compiling data for email campaigns and direct mail shots.

When asked what the biggest win of his career to date was, Paul confirmed the most satisfying was the relationship building with the brokers he looks after and working his way through the ranks to his current position.

Sophie Roitt

 

Sophie Roitt, Account Manager

Sophie joined the company over 10 years ago as an Assistant Account Executive and gained extensive experience in the wholesale side of the business. Progressing through the ranks, Sophie is now an Account Manager. In this role she is responsible for over 250 broker accounts, including Prestige brokers working closely in-line with the underwriting teams to maximise the development of all accounts and to achieve targets set that contribute to the Company's strategic objectives.

Sophie’s aim is always to source the right cover at the right price whilst building a strong and supportive relationship with brokers.

South West

Ryan Biggs - Business Development Manager

Ryan joined the company in 2002 as an Assistant Account Executive and progressed to an Account Manager in 2005. Whilst in the internal sales role he was responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and new brokers.

In 2006 – Ryan joined AXA as their Account Manager and was accountable for liaising with intermediaries whose book of business was over a million pounds.

Following on from this successful role, in April 2008 he rejoined Keelan Westall as a Business Developer where he maintains and nurtures new relationships for brokers in the South West area.

South East

Nathan Holloway - Business Development Manager

Nathan joined Keelan Westall in 2008, this is his first business development role, working previously broking commercial lines and high net worth.

Nathan is responsible for managing a large area of the south east region spreading from Essex through the city of London and as far as Northamptonshire.

Nathan’s main remit is to increase the productivity and growth of the brokers in this area, but also to maintain the relationship between these brokers and the internal staff at Keelan Westall.

Sam Hobson - Business Development Manager

Sam rejoins Keelan Westall following two and half successful years at Towergate where he worked for their Commercial Property Division before being seconded to Powerplace, both times achieving the top sales person award and trips to Dubai and Venice.

Sam is the Business Development Manager in the South East where he will be responsible for the growth and productivity of the area.
